Restricted message when posting an Assignment

Hi, I'm new to Moodle and I've posted an assignment. This is the second assignment that I posted. This second assignment gives me this message: Restricted Not available unless: You belong to any group

How do I change this so that my assignment is no longer restricted?

I'm using Version 3.10.1
