TLDR : Is there a way to bulk edit the 'maximum mark' for each question in the edit quiz page ? Moodle version 3.9
Which PHP file has the code which adds the default maximum mark for questions when they are added to a quiz?
The Long story
I need to add around 20 quizzes to a course, each of which have 175 MCQs.
Each question has to have 4 marks maximum for every correct answer - With 1 mark as negative marking for incorrect answer.
After I add questions from the question bank from the 'edit quiz' page, the default maximum mark for all question is set to 1.
I have to go to every question, click on the 'Edit maximum mark' pencil icon, change it to 4.
With 20 quizzes x 175 questions, I have have to do this 3500 times.
If I can find the PHP file where the maximum mark is being set to the default '1 mark', I can possible edit it to make it '4', so that all questions added to a quiz are set to default 4 marks.
The image below should clarify my question - since I need to change the 1's to 4's and I am trying to make it happen when the questions are added OR some way to edit all of them in bulk.
Could anyone please point me towards the php page where the default maximum marks are set?
