Oauth2 keeps resetting First Name and Surname on each login

Hi there,

So I activated the oauth2 user creation plugin with google. The problem is that some of the kids on my courses are young and they use their parents email. The problem is that then they get their parents name and surname. So they manually changed it to the kids name and surname. Unfortunately, every time they log in through oauth2, their name resets to their parents name.

Is there a way to disable this? 

I'm using moodle 3.10 installed from bitnami docker in a manjaro linux system.

This ... "bitnami docker in a manjaro linux system" makes no difference but does kinda put your site in a 2 off from 'standard/well-known' site.

In the setup of Google Oauth2 there is no mapping where one could
map something to a different value and lock it.

This to say ... sorry ... don't think there is a way to do what you want to do.

Have you tested locking the fields? This would be at [YourMoodleSiteURL]/admin/settings.php?section=authsettingoauth2
