Hi,
I found, with my colleagues, a malfunction of H5P with the Grades;
that is, the interactions made by the students do not end up in the Grader report.
This occurs in certain cases; or when the attempt is made by a user who has an email address the same as another user (possible if you enable the "Allow users with duplicate emails" platform).
After several attempts, we realized that the problem is with the H5P / MOODLE xAPI libraries.
It would seem that certain checks on the user, at the time of synchronization, are made on the EMAIL, instead of on the USERID;
if it finds 2 identical emails, the attempt is not reported on the Grader report.
Moodle version 3.9.6
This is a problem for platforms like ours that have duplicate emails.
