Enrolment

New users always fail to create new accounts, and an error message appears: Error reading from database.

How solve this error?

I've tried changing "moodle / lib / dml / mysqli_native_moodle_database.php" which was originally "@@ default_storage_engine" and replaced it with "@@ storage_engine"

but it didn't work
