moodle.school site not loading

Have a moodle.school site setup but it is no longer working on most browsers.

It loads fine on Internet Explorer, but not on Edge/Firefox and sometimes works on Chrome (for simplyenergy5 site)

Within the dev tools on Firefox, we get the following error:

"The character encoding of the HTML document was not declared. The document will render with garbled text in some browser configurations if the document contains characters from outside the US-ASCII range. The character encoding of the page must be declared in the document or in the transfer protocol."

and

"The Components object is deprecated. It will soon be removed."

Dear Kusal,

Thanks for letting us know. We believe that this issue has been resolved. Can you please try to clear your browser's cache and try to login again?

If you are still having an issue, can you please reply to your support ticket with some further information on this (including screenshots if possible) so we can look at what you/your students are seeing, and understand the issue further?

If possible can you include in the ticket the following:

  • Which browser are you using? Have you tried a different browser? Have you tried an incognito tab.
  • Which operating system are you using?
  • Which URL are you using to login?
If you can provide any screenshots with the site URL too - that would be much appreciated!

Thank you
Kelly
