SCORM

Having two exams in the module may be messing with something. I know the Articulate completion settings are more granular than Captivate but less than Lectora (which are the two primary SCORM publishes I use(d)..that matter)...you might check and see how they are working and see if you can tweek them. If it requires a specific grade and completing everything, it is possible the first grade submission is triggering 'completion' (as in not) but Moodle is reopening in review mode and review mode may not open where you leave off (I don't know that I've paid attention to that). I'm guessing here. In Moodle settings, if review mode is on...try turning it off. Don't force completion.
