Hi,

I would like to understand what does it happens to Moodle data in case I don't renew the yearly plan? Will they be deleted? The account could be suspended per a period?

Dear Roberto,

MoodleCloud sends a reminder email message to all site administrators one month before the renewal date.

If you choose not to renew the site is removed and the content of the site is deleted shortly after. We do not keep backups of sites that have been removed.
