Hello, could you please help shed light on this mystery?
Students have a PDF template that has text boxes for their answers. Students submit their PDF files and teachers are supposed to view and make comments in Grade.
However, we find that for some students who have uploaded, their text boxes are blank when viewed through Grade. When we download their submitted file and view it outside of Moodle, their answers appear!
How do we fix the issue so that we can view the students' answers in the PDF files in Grade?

(P.S. I'm such a newbie to Moodle, I don't even know how to look up what version it is or how it was installed. Apologies!)
