restore topics

Hi,

I wanted to restore a backup topic to another course on the same moodle but it restored not as a topic but it combined to another topic (so the topic name's gone). 

I had to remake a topic and move activities which had been restored to another topic.

Is there any way to restore a topic as it is?

If you use sharing cart plugin, you can copy the section to it, then in the next course, create a new section, copy the section to the new section and it will ask you if want to keep the name of the backup or the existing section.
