Hi everyone
I have a user who has completed a course / exam and satisfied the criteria for getting a certificate and yet when she went to download it, no pdf has been created or saved . A unique code has been allocated for the certificate which indicates the certifcate was created ( see screenshot ).
Any clues as to why this has happened and also how the user can recreate the certificate ?
Should they perhaps just go back into the module and see if its re-created ?
The certificate plugin is an old one : 3.1 (Build: 2016052300) 2016052300
My version of moodle : Moodle 3.1.6 (Build: 20170508)
