From the schoolforge site at http://www.schoolforge.net/other.php. They provide a link to http://seuldat.seul.org/ where one can enter a link and/or categories. I placed a Moodle link there under three of the four categories beginning with "Software". I took the info from the Moodle front page for the info. You can see the Moodle listing at http://seuldat.seul.org/cgi-bin/link/urlview.pl. They have more prominent locations too so you may want to renew your membership.
