Restrict Access settings not uploading to duplicated course?

Win 10; Moodle v3.6

When we duplicate a course using the Upload feature, we have found that the Grade field does not duplicate in the new course.

Course > Updating Label > Restrict access > Add Restriction > Grade

It always comes up "Choose..."

Please advise . . . .

No one? Hmm. . . .

I also found that the Course Total Calculation formula doesn't duplicate over, either.

Sure wish someone would help with this . . . .
