Error writing to database when restoring a course

I've backed up a course (.mbz file) from Open LMS, which runs on Moodle, and tried to restore it on our new Moodle site hosted on MoodleCloud. However, I am encountering the following error:

This isn't a problem when I restore courses in Open LMS, so it seems to be specific to MoodleCloud. I can't turn on debugging to figure out what exactly is happening. Anyone have had this experience?

Dear Yannick,
You will need to send a copy of the Course Restore file to MoodleCloud Support (see the email that we have sent you), so that we can look into this further.
