Im using mdl_logstore_standard_log to track what is done is done in moodle but how do i relationship this with other tables.
Ex:
mdl_url
mdl_logstore_standard_log
How can i join this two tables to see what is created on a date ?

If you need to find out what date a URL module was created, there is a timemodified field on the mdl_url table.
But to join mdl_logstore_standard_log to mdl_url you would do the following:
mdl_logstore_standard_log.contextid -> mdl_context.id
mdl_context.instanceid -> mdl_course_modules.id (make use contextlevel is 70 for modules)
mdl_course_modules.module -> mdl_modules.id for 'url' AND mdl_course_modules.instance -> mdl_url.id
