Hello -
I am attempting to upload new users via the bulk upload facility. I want the bulk upload to send an email to the new user requiring a password change. The user is indeed added, but the email to notify of the add and password reset does not occur. The "create password if needed and send via email" is checked.
The email does send when I add the user manually.
My upload file is
username,firstname,lastname,email,course1,role1
we are running Moodle (3.10.2+ (Build: 20210312) | Version 2020110902.01 |
it is running on a Linux (Debian) server
If anyone could enlighten me I would greatly appreciate it.
