Ah, sorry, I thought you were referring to a specific Moodle tool on the server that we could use after the exam.
If it happens to us when we're testing, we can do this (we have not yet had it happen). During an online exam, however, our priority is always to get the student back into the exam as soon as possible with minimal interruption. (They are panicky enough as it is, we don't want to start directing them through a trouble-shooting process).
If it happens in a lab, though, we can quickly move the student to another machine, and then have our IT staff inspect the original machine. Do you know of anything in particular that they might look for?
