A few of the assignments that my students have require submitting video. This means a lot of storage is taken.
But once the student has completed the course, I want to be able to keep the grades, but delete the "submission_files"



There doesn't seem to be any option to remove these files from the server. 

What can I do?

I can't really delete the whole course because different student begin and end at different times. But the students above have already completed the course and have been unenrolled.

Any help is appreciated!

What type of video's are they? Depending on the content, some other plugin that allows for individual deletion might be better. For instance, if you use a Database activity, and an individual becomes unenrolled, you can delete all the entries for that individual, without touching the entries for your remaining active users.
