Hi,

I  have problem in moodle 3.9.4 with plugin mod_questionnaire version3.9.1 (Build - 2020111801) 2020062302

Some students submit questinare but some students get error

"Forbidden

You don't have permission to access this resource.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

I logged as a student and get same error.

I try to clear cookies, change .htaccess permission but no effects.

Any idea?

Done a bit trouble shooting.
It looks like you can't put a character at the end of a sentence, including a full stop. (or period for our American cousins.)

@James
"It looks like you can't put a character at the end of a sentence,"
Could you please explain in more detail what you mean? Where exactly in your Questionnaire are you not allowed to "put a character at the end etc."

Hi Joseph

I changed the fields from html to rich text, to see if it would work.
The character at the end of a sentence theory is probably wrong. some of the people who got the error ended a sentence with a bracket or an asterix.
The error looks like it could be people copying and pasting someone's email address from outlook, it copies the <> part of the email which the field doesn't like.
I've put a note at the top of the form say don't copy and paste

James "I changed the fields from html to rich text, to see if it would work."

Do you mean you changed the Questionnaire code on your Moodle site?
