Hi,
I received the auto-generated email that the Teacher receives when a course has been completed, certificate awarded and the student clicks the link.
However:
- This course has been closed since 2017 (so no activity)
- The certificate is for a Teacher, not a student
- I have checked the logs and no other user has been in there to resend the certificate
- The email was generated at 8:22 pm
Does anyone know what could be causing this reaction? It is not occurring for any other courses closed or live. The only thing I can think of is the backup triggering it, but then it would for other courses also.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
