I have paid starter of MOODLE CLOUD just TODAY. But I couldn't install other themes on moodle cloud. So I tried to delete the site and create another site cuz I want to connect with my moodle. but I can not access to moodle cloud. I want to request a refund it.

Or I want to host my moodle. can you backup my site ?? 


PLEASE UNDERSTAND MY SITUATION

Have you written to MoodleCloud support through your MoodleCloud Portal?

I sent emails several times to Moodlecloud support. I will send it to them again.

my site name is  "  snpenglish.moodlecloud.com "

And I can not log in now. Because I cancelled my moodlecloud site 

Please kindly consider my concern...
