I have no idea how to solve the problem. I will appreciate the help you can provideMoodle files broken for some reason, if you turn on 'Developer level debugging' for a moment to recreate the error then that will produce a 'stack trace', copy the text, turn off debugging, then post that here.

The error message you mention is also mentioned in MDL-68222. Perhaps you can try updating your mod_hvp plugin?
