Dear Moodle expert;
I would like to inform you that we have hosted dedicated server from bluehost and we are running two instance of moodle. but one instance of moodle is having a problem in backup course file. On the course area , i have created the backup successfully with size of the backup. for example backup size is 200MB but while downloading it gives me zero size.
on the second instance of moodle, its works perfectly, there is no issue.
in the first case, if i am using cli command then i can download it with the same size and there is no issue.
