Bit of a strange one which I am not too sure how to go about debugging...
We have the Google Assignments LTI tool setup in our Moodle as per the instructions here: External_tool_settings and here: https://support.google.com/edu/assignments/thread/62671405
The first time you set up the external tool in Moodle, you go through all of the Google Assignment screens, selecting the file etc. and then when you click close / save, You are logged out of Moodle and are then presented with this error message:
A required parameter (oauth_consumer_key) was missing

Even stranger, is that if you then log back in and repeat the above process it works perfectly. It does this every single time (i.e. you have to do the process twice) that you try and use the Google Assignments LTI tool in Moodle...This is understandably a little bit annoying! Any ideas about how to debug this gratefully received!
