Currently we have all of our state required PD in Moodle. Each PD is in it's own separate course. Users have resources assigned, after a 80% test completion they receive a certificate of completion. Some PD is required to be completed annually, biannual, and there's another that's every 5 years. Because every course isn't required annually it has become very cumbersome to manage.
Is there a better way to administer this?
It would be great to display to users after they log in what PD has been completed, when it was completed, and what is due this year. A reporting tool is also necessary so administrators can view the status of their employees.
