The question is I can upload PDF but its impossible upload videos.

This videos are in MP4 iin a standart format. it shouldn't be a problem,,,

Where are you trying to upload them to? Can you give the step by step process or send a screenshot of where?

Hello. I have tried in 2 differents ways, one is tring upload :Dashboard -Site pages-Private files and these are the 4 pictures, and the last 6 pictures is when I have tried to upload directly from the course Dashboard
"Courses
Manipulación visceral (name of the course)
Apasaionandonos con el sistema visceral ( name of the modul)
Técnicas de escucha ( name of the lesson)
Edit settings ( and I try to upload also here)

There are no "error" only the uploading never finish,,

I try to insert more pictures but the system says that I do spam,
The question is the file picker never upload the videos,,, I have videos from 4 minutes y others 20, Mp4, the process never end

Have you spoken to your Moodle administrator about this problem? There are some "filesize" settings in Moodle and PHP that might be affecting you.  MP4 files can be quite large.

At the root of your web space you have a WordPress (WP).  WP uses lots of .htaccess files and redirects which are heirarchcal ... 1st one seen rules the roost for any/all directories/scripts below it.  That's if LS version allow use of .htaccess files.  Your moodle is in a subdirectory of the site and thus could be under control of an .htaccess file meant for WP/LS.

Suggest looking at LS error logs to see if you can't find an issue.

I don't host anything with LS.

So you might need to refer to LS docs somewhere.
