On /admin/roles/permissions.php?contextid=2155 I can assign a capability (viewhiddencourses) for a specific roles and the context ID 2155.
is there a webservice where I can fetch all the roles that have a give capability set for a specific context or course ID?
I checked https://docs.moodle.org/dev/Web_service_API_functions#Web_service_protocols and did not find anything about permission management.
