Admin access blocked - cannot get past updating user profile

Moodle 3.10 installed in Azure. Boost Theme.

A custom drop-down field I created for the user profile was saved with out any choices in the drop-down. 

I am forced to my profile page to update that field, but as there is nothing to select, I cannot - and therefore I cannot move past my profile page to make any changes. 

I cannot access the Site Administration page - anything except my profile page - which I cannot update.

All users have the same problem. How do I fix this? Feels like I will be unable to use my Moodle site at all.

No problem; glad that fixed it.

It sure would be nice if in case like this with broken required fields there was a way for the Admin to just skip that page...
