Our site is being used for both internal training (all employees must complete) and external professional development courses (paid registrations)
The we have an employee that is responsible for setting up new recruits on the site and enrolling them in the training modules (courses) that are relevant to them. Unfortunately we have experiencing some difficulty with data fields being missed by the employee which then goes on to affect reporting.
Anything that makes the fields compulsory isn't going to work as they aren't relevant to external registrants. Is there any sort of plugin or configuration that could help with this?
I'm even thinking a plugin that would create a form for not site administrators to generate new users.
Open to any ideas that might help with this one. Thanks!
