Manager role with some restrictions

Hi,

I am using moodle 3.10

I want to create a manager role who can do all managerial task except these:

- Not able to see grades of students

- Not able to see/download attempts of any quiz

- Not able to see/download gradebook.

Basically he can do:

- Create course

- Create quiz

- Create cohort

- Upload users 

Can anybody help me in this?

Clone the Manager role. Edit the role and remove 'allow' from all the things you don't want. Test it.

Note that with this sort of thing you will be creating a mix of capabilities that - most likely - nobody has ever seen before so don't be surprised if weird things happen.
