We have a lot of members in our organization that have taken courses via email because of various reasons. Is there a way we can add these members to the Moodle database and add their grades to it? They will probably never actually access the system to take courses. Some of our records include people who are not even with us anymore but we would like to have them included for historical records.
I deleted your Issue 1 as it appeared to be exactly the same as your Issue 2.
Yes. Create accounts for them and add them to the Gradebook. That's the outline view, anyway.
