I'd like to edit "Site Administration", somewhat, get rid some of the features which have I don't need them such as attach a sample.

Hi,
Not sure why you would have to do something like that - for example, notifications helps with upgrades. The way I would implement that is a local plugin that removes the options for the site admin navigation.

You could also:
- use some CSS to mask some menus and options
- define some values in the config.php configuration file

Create a new role with the capabilities you want and remove their 'site admin' role???? Maybe?

If you're worried about some people having access to some of these things, perhaps give them the Manager role instead of administrator. This is nearly site administration, but with a few options missing.
