Plugin installation is prevented on my Moodle site

I'm the site administrator for my Moodle site.  However, when I got to Site Administration ----> Plugins, there is no button for me to Install Plugins.  There is only a button for "Plugin Overview."  I've never installed any plugins before and I've never messed with the code or anything.

Does anyone know what I need to do in order to enable plugin installation?  I'd appreciate any help out there!!!

Hi Jessie,

Is this a MoodleCloud site? If so, you cannot install plugins. We offer the standard core plugins, plus a few extras outlined here (expand the "View detailed plan information" section).
