H5P Not Loading In Other Activities

I manage two Moodle sites and am running Moodle 3.9.1+ on one and 3.8.1+ on the other. I am having issues on the older version which is running Adaptable 2.4.1. When inserting H5P via the text editor into activity such as Lesson it does not load. See screen shot below. It is clearly an issue with the Adaptable theme in this version. It loads fine in Boost. It also loads fine on the other Moodle site that is running 3.9.1+. I have not had a chance to install the latest version as I do not have the capability of setting up a test site at the moment. Has anyone else had this problem? Fixes?

Has anyone run into issues upgrading to the latest version by updating live without testing? Did all the settings carry over or did you have to reconfigure? Does the updated version fix the problem with H5P?

I'm confused Brigitte as to what server is running what Moodle / Adaptable combination and which one actually has the issue?

Thank you for your response. The server that is having issues is running Moodle 3.8.1+ and Adaptable Theme 2.4.1.

Hi Gareth,
Thanks for looking into this. I am not following you on "3.0.2". What plugin is this version referring to? H5P only has version 1.21.0 and the Adaptable theme has 2.4.4 for Moodle 3.8.

I currently don't have access to test server, but may be able to have it setup for me. I only have site admin access and not access to the server.

Ok, https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=417124#p1685338 means that between versions 3.0.2 and 3.0.5 for Moodle 3.9 that the H5P issue that you appear to be experiencing is fixed. Therefore given that the M3.8 version has the same functional progression path from versions 2.4.2 to 2.4.4, then please upgrade your server to version 2.4.4 after taking the usual precautions, such as a full backup and even if you can create a test server, even on your local machine to ensure you're happy with the changes and upgrade procedure you will undertake.
