I was approached by David Mudrák about adopting the Overview Statistics plugin after making a recent Pull Request to bring the plugin up to date with 3.10 compatibility. I've been a software developer and recently devops engineer for over 10 years and have been doing on-prem Moodle administration for a couple years now. I'm inspired by Moodle's mission and would love to start giving back to the platform in this capacity.

Thank you Eric for accepting the challenge! I just made you the lead maintainer of the plugin in the Plugins directory. I also sent you an ownership transfer request for the plugin repository at github. Once you accept it, please feel encouraged to update the plugin record in the plugins directory so that the code repository URL and issue tracker URL point to the new location.

Fantastic! I do have one change request though, could you do the Github ownership transfer request to my personal account rather than the sei-ebram one which is my work account? My organization is fine with me doing small fixes under that account but hesitant that I take on a larger role not directly tied to my responsibilities.
