I have a client running a Moodle instance (v3.9) which they have had customised with a new theme built by their web-folks. They were running a test course (simple SCORM upload) which they now wish to delete, but Moodle has thrown up an error I've never seen before at the end of the deletion process.
"Coding error detected, it must be fixed by a programmer: The theme has already been set up for this page ready for input. Therefore, you can no longer change the theme, or anythin that might affect what the current theme is, for example, the course."
Screenshot is attached. The hyperlink at the end takes you to https://docs.moodle.org/39/en/error/debug/codingerror
Has anyone ever seen this before or have any ideas as to what this might be linked to, please?
Kindest Regards and many thanks for any help anyone can provide 🙂
