Currently i'm doing deployment Moodle for Public University. Running on Azure
We do the load testing using
this jmeter plan to simulate Exam. 2K user concurrent quiz.

We deployed Azure Application Gateway with WAF V2 and standard load balancer.
Azure Application Gateway with WAF V2 : 95%-97% of success rate.
Standard Load Balancer : 100% Success rate
Now we're running on Standard Load Balancer which is just Load Balance the web server without any protection.
Any recommendation on which WAF should i test and user.
Currently looking on cloudflare as a alternative.
Maybe you guys have some though on moodle deployment
