The updated doc misses info about non-latin charachters

Hello,I just solved an issue with non-latin charachter in user names. I had to set the "free serif" font that is the only one with those charachters included. It was an old documentation page that helped me, when I was redirected to the current doc page this information is missing. I think it should be included as it is not obvious.

Older doc page: https://docs.moodle.org/25/en/Custom_certificate_module#Languages_with_special_character

Current doc page: https://docs.moodle.org/310/en/Custom_certificate_module

To be more accurate, you can set any variant of the "Free" font (serif, sans, mono in any weight).

Hm, the first link is for another module that I did not create but does similar things - first I have ever heard of it. I only created docs for this plugin recently. It just so happens that that piece of advice was relevant for this plugin as well. It is a wiki so feel free to add it if you wish. If you look I have also pinned a forum post that talks about the issue with some languages and TCPDF, but yes, perhaps it belongs in the wiki as well. Cheers.
