 Hello everyone , there are bug in some accounts.

(without SSL in amazon server )Some accounts with different roles take longer time to login to the site despite of all other accounts take no time to login 

(without SSL in amazon server with cloudflare ) the same accounts never open with error take too many redirect 

(with SSL in amazon server ) the same accounts never open with error 524  

We use  moodle 3.5 with php 7.2 we have about 5000 users

I would start by looking for the cause of the "too many redirect" error. What do you have in $CFG->wwwroot? Compare it with the DocumentRoot (Apache) of the web server. Do you have any advanced configurations like a web cluster?

You could eliminate the factor Cloudflare by deactivate it.

I see that you had performance problems in the past https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=411080. Have they been solved? What was the cause?
