i'm trying to get Moodle into my company; basically, every job role is subject to a Competency chart.
Still trying to understand if this is possible in Moodle, basically, in my head i'd create a Learning Plan for each Job Role, then many different courses that grant Competencies.
My question would be, once i have the users enrolled to the courses that they need to complete, (this should be done by Learning plans, correct?), how do i view their progress towards completion of either the learning plan or the competency framework?
Is there a bird's eye view of all the competencies by that user, that HR can go and see?
And inversely, is there a bird's eye view of all the users that have succeeded in that Learning Plan? Bonus points for seeing all users that have that learning plan associated, but something missing to complete it
Sorry if these questions are basic, i feel lost in the documentation and moodle isn't helping - i've reinstalled several times for problems due to competencies. (Mostly, can't remove them even though they aren't linked to anything anymore)
