Let me start with that I am very new to Moodle and PHP. We are using Smarthinking service and we put a simple link on a WordPress site to redirect users to this service. (for example, courses.mysite.com/mod/lti/view.php?id=123) When we click the link we are redirected to an O365 login page then smarthinking service page, however, some users are redirected to a course on Moodle instead of smarthinking service page.
Do you have any idea why this can be possible?
