Specifically, I wanted to give a partially completed ANOVA and have them fill in and then answer questions on it.
I found a solution that works, it's not exactly what I wanted but:
Originally I wanted it to be 5 different questions but I switched it to one large question and I used cloze with NUMERIC. So I asked all my questions within a single question and I made that question worth a lot more.
Dominique's answer would also work although it's a bit more of a pain.
