On January 21, a payment has been made to my credit card for an annual subscription renewal to Moodle School, my server is nuidan.moodle.school. Unfortunately it has been a few months since it stopped being useful, and you will be able to verify it with the income of the students and teachers.
Unfortunately, I forgot to cancel the service so that It did not enter a new payment, and the reality is that if I had had some kind of notice, I would have done so. I ask that you please tell me how I can do to cancel the server and recover the payment, or most of it.
Also know that the situation in Argentina has changed, and I am already being harmed with the payment of additional taxes in my country for having made a payment abroad.

Sorry to hear that you no longer want to use your MoodleCloud site. We do send an email to the site administrator at least a week before the subscription renewal, warning of the upcoming transaction and this gives you the chance to cancel your subscription.
As per our Terms of Service, we only offer refunds where the service is unavailable for a period of time. We don’t offer pro rata refunds on subscriptions that are unused. So unfortunately we are not able to refund your subscription.
