SOS... Unable to fetch available updates data - unexpected HTTP response code

Hi, here I go again asking for help.

Our Moodle site version is 3.10+ (Build: 20201127).  

Everyday I try to check for updates but it has been two days that this appears.

How do I resolve this error? When I clicked the link for more information, there was no information how to resolve the issue.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Please try turning on Debugging. For more info, see the documentation Available update notifications.

PS Rather than checking every day for updates, how about enabling update notifications?
