Need HTML code to keep window on Top

Hi everyone,

I am putting a flash file in a web page and  when the web page comes up I want it to stay on top until it is closed.  I am trying to build a flash tutorial that students can view while they are moving around my moodle site.

Does anyone have a snipet of code I can put into the HTML page that will keep it on top?

For that you might have to create a frameset, with the Flash tutorial in one frame and Moodle in another.
