But I would like that through a cron, periodically, I read a php, which automatically reads a specific csv, with updated data from the courses, and loads it, without having to be read and executed manually.

Brian Pool, made a file (autouploaduser.php) that makes the reading of a specific CSV file, and that by means of a cron call the users are loaded, without the need for a person to load it or execute the CSV.
I would like the same, for the part of the courses.
