We support several learning institutions in Kenya by offering bulk SMS services. Due to covid19 institutions are looking for ways to adapt and continue, one such strategy is through E-Learning. People in remote communities don't have access to internet either because they don't have smart phones or not internet infrastructure but they can access text messages, We are looking for a custom plugin that utilize our SMS Gateway API with module in order to help the poor &marginalized communities get an education.

Hello, I'm not clear what your question is. Are you trying to write a plugin to send messages from Moodle using your API, or something else?

Are you looking to do it yourselves, or hire someone to do it?
