Hello Michelle. It looks like you are a student so you need to get in touch with your teacher who is running the course. It appears they have not set up groups correctly or added you to a group so that you can post in the forum - you need to mention this to them when you contact them. Perhaps there is a link on the Moodle site or you have their email?
