Good evening,

I am having problems trying to grade in gradebook, It keeps saying PDF not supported and will not generate PDF to allow on line feedback to learners, see error message below.

I have tried adding in other formats but they do not work either - help this is making grading ever so complicated, tutors are having to down load and upload work separately! 🙄

You mean Assignment I assume?

What are you using to convert uploaded documents to PDFs (e.g. Unoconv)? Or... are you insisting that students upload PDFs only? Do you have Ghostscript set up?

You should also check that Scheduled Tasks are running properly and check the task log for errors.

You don't say which version of Moodle this is... there have been improvements in this area in newer versions.
