You appear to have partially installed the PDF feedback plugin, so either complete the installation (click Upgrade Moodle database now button) or remove the code. The plugin should not be needed with modern versions of Moodle as its functionality is now replicated by the core assignment grading features.
To be clear - you have attempted to install my assignfeedback_pdf plugin without also installing the required assignsubmission_pdf plugin. You must have both of them, or neither.
However, as Richard has said, the best solution is to delete the folder [moodle code folder]/mod/assign/feedback/pdf from the server - my pdf plugins are no longer maintained and are only still present to help anyone already using them, before they transition to using the version that already exists in Moodle core (assignfeedback_editpdf).
